Much like a beef fillet, it can be served whole or cut into slices.
We recommend cooking whole, either seared in a pan or barbecued.
10 minutes for medium rare to medium (it's best served a little pink in the middle)
We add a generous chunk of butter, a couple of rosemary sprigs and whole garlic cloves to baste the lamb during cooking.
