We were very pleased to welcome the Editor of Southern Highlands own Escape Magazine to our tour last year. Maugers Paddock to Plate features in the Summer edition of Escape and includes a recipe for ‘Slow cooked pulled beef rolls’ using the much underrated cut, Bolar of blade.
