The Mauger family have been farming in Robertson, NSW for almost a century, with the first butchery opening in 1972.
Known for a sustainable approach to farming and strong Paddock to Plate philosophy, the Maugers raise their own grass-fed beef and lamb on the family farm, Laurel View.
Mat Mauger is the third generation at the helm of Maugers Meats, taking over in 2012 and beginning a new era for the business. Mat’s Father John, is still very much a part of Maugers Meats, running the farming and production side, while Mat leads the highly skilled team at the Butcheries in Bowral and Moss Vale.
